Living the “healthy life” but feeling disconnected

I was doing everything right.

Eating well.
Exercising.
Following the rules of modern health.

And yet…
I felt disconnected from something deeper.

I was teaching women how to manage their hormones,
while secretly wondering why I didn’t feel fully alive in my own body.

I was practicing medicine inside a system that gave me tools,
but not understanding.

And the fog was everywhere.

In my patients.

In myself.

The moment everything shifted

Then I found something I had never been taught.

Not another supplement.

At first, it felt almost impossible to integrate with what I had learned in medicine.

Leaving the system to teach what I couldn’t explain in 15 minutes

But there was a problem.

I had fifteen minutes per patient.

Fifteen minutes to explain something that took years to understand.

So I made a decision that changed everything.

I stepped out of the system.

Not because I rejected medicine.

But because I saw beyond its current language.

I knew women didn’t need more discipline.

They needed a new framework.

A way to understand why their bodies felt so lost in the modern world.

And that is how The Orientation was born.
